Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Purchase information: When you buy a premium report, we receive your email address and optional name via Stripe. Credit card details are processed directly by Stripe — we never store them.
  • Diagnosis inputs: The sun sign combination (self / father / mother) and optional gender you enter. This data is not linked to your identity.
  • Access logs: Standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and referring URL.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect only for:

  • Delivering your purchased PDF report and providing related support
  • Improving the Service and preventing abuse
  • Complying with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Information Sharing

We share information only with the following service providers, strictly as needed to operate:

  • Stripe: Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
  • Resend: Email delivery for report distribution.
  • Supabase: Order data storage (infrastructure provider).
  • Legal disclosure: When required by court order or applicable law.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We do not currently use advertising or behavioral tracking cookies. Only technically necessary session management is used. If we introduce analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy and notify users on the site.

5. Data Retention

Order records (email address, purchase type, delivery status) are retained for a minimum of seven years to meet accounting and tax legal requirements. Technical logs are periodically purged.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Opt out of any marketing communications

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
