Zscope ("the Service") is a self-development and entertainment service that provides a personality framework based on sun sign combinations.

All personality types, reports, results, and podcast content provided by the Service are intended solely for entertainment and personal reflection. They are not designed or intended to serve as, and should not be relied upon as:

• A substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological diagnosis or treatment
• The basis for employment decisions, legal judgments, or personnel evaluations
• Professional investment, financial, or career advice

Zscope does not claim that astrology has scientific validity. The framework is offered as a structured tool for self-reflection, not as empirical science.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older. Purchases of premium reports by minors require parental or guardian consent.

3. Premium Report Purchases

Premium reports are delivered as electronic files (PDF) following payment processing via Stripe. Due to the digital nature of the content, all sales are final and non-refundable unless you were unable to receive the content due to a technical error on our part — in which case, please contact us.

Download links for reports have an expiration date. Please save your PDF before the link expires.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including type names, the framework design, report text, and podcast audio — is owned by or licensed to Zscope. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use beyond personal reference is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zscope shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
